MUSIC PIERRE Has WORKED ON:
The Ed Palermo Big Band – The Adventures of Zodd Zundgren
I arranged the track “Flamingo” for Ed Palermo’s band in 2017. Ed, one of my first teachers, was also the first person to believe I could become a big band arranger. He gave me countless opportunities to write for his band, for which I am forever grateful.
The following year, Todd actually came to one of the band’s shows and heard the arrangement live. Needless to say, it was one of the happiest moments of my life.
Little Kruta – Justice
I arranged Justice for NYC-based chamber ensemble, Little Kruta, in 2019. This was a complete harmonic reimagining of Metallica’s classic album for a stellar, all-female chamber ensemble. The process was gratifying and I’m so proud of the result.
Bailen - Thrilled To Be Here
I co-founded the band, Bailen during my early college years. We released our debut album in 2019 and toured extensively for years prior. Although my touring days are behind me, we remain good friends.
Lyle Mays - Eberhard
During the summer of 2019 I had the honor of creating the scores and parts for Lyle Mays’ final GRAMMY-winning album, Eberhard. We worked side-by-side dissecting Lyle’s MIDI, audio and handwritten drafts in order to create the perfect score. I published the score in 2023 along with the help of his estate.
